Hi Support,
After I had my account on the software, and Press the Start Button to check the Account, the debug window opens and showing the "Network Error".
and also in my C:\Program Files (x86), these files are available
xulrunner29.0
xulrunner33.0
xulrunner45.0
xulrunner60.0_x64
xulrunner60.0_x86
Please solve the issue, as soon as possible so that i can use the software.
